This Policy explains how Altrisma, as data controller, collects, uses and protects your personal data on the Hoobex platform, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data Controller
Altrisma is the controller responsible for the personal data processed on Hoobex. We process your data lawfully, transparently and limited to the purposes described here.
2. Data We Collect
We collect account data (name, email), member data entered by the club (athletes, members, coaches, guardians and staff), usage data and technical data such as IP address and device type.
3. Purposes of Processing
We use data to provide and improve the service, process payments, provide customer support, ensure security and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal Basis
We process data on the basis of contract performance, compliance with legal obligations, Altrisma's legitimate interest and, where applicable, your consent.
5. Sharing and Processors
We do not sell your data. We share data only with processors who help us operate the service (such as hosting and payment processing), acting under our instructions and data protection agreements.
6. Data Retention
We retain data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. After that period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and to withdraw consent. To exercise them, contact privacy@hoobex.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss or alteration.
9. International Transfers
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
10. Children's Data
When a club registers minors, it is responsible for obtaining the consent of their guardians. Altrisma processes this data only to provide the service to the club.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
