A season rollover wizard moves athletes to their next age group (escalão). You see a preview before you confirm, and you can undo it.

The calendar shows each team by day, week and day views, and a court-by-court grid of your venue, and you move bookings by dragging them. You set when each venue is available and the days it is closed. When a team plays away, Hoobex proposes releasing its practice that day, and once you confirm, the slot opens up for the rest of the club. A planner checks your club's rules and suggests a weekly plan.

Yes. Each game sits in the calendar with its result, the game officials and attendance, and has a public page you can share. Available on request, set up with our team: official FPB game sheets and per-player statistics.

Yes, on request: treasury is set up with our team. You define dues plans, reconcile payments against the bank statement and see each member's payment status. You can also record sponsorships and follow the club's budget. Payments are made by bank transfer.

Each parent or guardian is linked to their children, sees the family schedule and receives their children's team messages. They also decide, for each child, whether the club may use photos and videos on its website, social media and promotional materials, and can change that choice at any time.

Yes. Coaches, athletes, members and parents or guardians each sign in to their own portal and see what concerns them, in the browser on a phone or a computer. Hoobex can also be added to a phone's home screen straight from the browser.

Each person sees what their role allows: coaches see their teams, and parents and guardians see their children. Sign-in offers two-factor authentication by app, Google or Microsoft accounts, and club SSO with domain verification, and the platform keeps an audit log.

Yes. Hoobex is available in European Portuguese and in English, and each user picks their language in their settings.
