Age groups and season rollover
Teams are organised by FPB age group (escalão), with each group's ages shown. At the end of the season, a wizard moves athletes to their next age group, with a preview and the option to undo.
Calendar, practices and courts
A team-by-day calendar, week and day views, and a court-by-court grid with drag and drop. Court availability windows and closures. When a team plays away, Hoobex proposes releasing its practice, and once you confirm, the slot is free for the club. A planner checks the club's rules and suggests a weekly plan.
Attendance
Attendance for practices and games, kiosk self check-in with a PIN, and session RSVP.
Games and results
Fixtures, results, game officials, game attendance and a public page for each game.
Game sheets and statistics
Available on request
Official FPB game sheets and per-player box scores.
Communication and guardians
Club announcements, team messages and guardian messages, with in-app notifications. For each child, the guardian decides whether the club may use photos and videos on its website, social media and promotional materials.
Treasury and membership fees
Available on request
Dues plans, bank-statement reconciliation, sponsorships, budget and members' payment standing. Payments by bank transfer.
Access by role
Portals for coaches, athletes, members and guardians, each showing what that role allows. Two-factor authentication by authenticator app, Google or Microsoft sign-in, club SSO with domain verification, and an audit log.
