Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Hoobex platform, operated by Altrisma. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you accept these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hoobex, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, entered into between you and Altrisma. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Hoobex is a basketball club management platform that includes a member directory, scheduling, communication, finance, game management and reporting. Features may be improved, changed or discontinued over time.
3. Accounts and Registration
Only one account per club is permitted. Creating multiple accounts for the same club is not allowed and may result in suspension of access. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data and for keeping your credentials confidential.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Pricing is calculated per active member, per month, with the first 20 members always free. The applicable amounts are those shown on the pricing page and may be adjusted with reasonable prior notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes, not to attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform, and to respect the rights of Altrisma and other users.
6. Customer Data and Content
You retain ownership of the data you enter into Hoobex. You grant Altrisma a limited license to host and process that data for the sole purpose of providing the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Hoobex software, brand, logo and other content are owned by Altrisma or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Altrisma may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. After termination, data may be deleted in line with applicable retention periods.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altrisma is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
Altrisma may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated, and continued use of the service after they take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be subject to the competent Portuguese courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
